Top Turf, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative. A successful candidate will be team-oriented to provide high-quality customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a positive person with good communication skills in Spanish and a strong work ethic and is eager to learn, as no experience is necessary, and will provide all training through the company. We are currently looking for team-oriented individuals that are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a positive person with good communication skills in Spanish and a strong work ethic and is eager to learn as no experience is necessary and we will provide all training through the company. Responsibilities: Answers inbound customer service calls, resolves customer service concerns, and provides resolutions and timely follow-up with customers; Escalates customer issues requiring extensive problem solving to the appropriate individual; Checks production for accuracy and enters in any missing production invoices; Generates sales of extra services for current and potential
customers; General data entry to help complete projects in a timely manner; Support other staff in anything they need help with. Qualifications:
Ability to maintain and personify our core values – positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedicated, and have a desire to succeed; Good verbal and written skills in Spanish and English; Computer skills preferred; Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance; Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
